Yesterday, got some exhaust leaks fixed (around the header collectors and y pipe). Now I have power under 2000 RPM! I had a feeling this ZJ was lacking something, but it's faster than what my friends drive so they thought I was crazy saying it felt slow

Put on a new serpentine belt. And installed my TPS from 1A AUTO, which was faulty. Back to the old one, that works most of the time. I should know better than to order parts online.

I also swapped my steering wheel out for one I bought on eBay.

How did you pull off the steering wheel? I went to the junkyard, unbolted a couple, but never managed to pull one off...

I rented a steering wheel puller at the local parts store.

And I sprayed all bolts for the transfer case and mount. To prepare for my 242 swap.

Yeah there bw. They don't give any clearence up but do open up front and back about 3 inches. I'm at 3.5 lift and could run 33" tires easily. Those are 31" tires in the pic.

I hear genuine mopar is the only way to go on that sensor. Our zjs are picky
