Fixed my rattling catalytic convertor and finished installing my cd player. Now I have a throaty nice sounding exhaust outside and a better sound inside too(even though I haven't replaced my speakers yet). I'm so glad the Jeep doesn't sound like a POS now

Helped my buddy with his ZJ yesterday. Got the last few odds and ends wrapped up before he finally gets it licensed and back on the road:
Gas tank was leaking on downhill slopes only. Turns out PO who replaced the fuel pump only put the lock ring on hand tight (if that) we dropped the tank, inspected the mounting gasket and tightened down the ring. Fuel leak fixed.
Cleaned IAC valve, wasn't too bad, but it was time for a cleaning.
Driver rear window just stopped working one day. Replaced switches with JY units and window motor as well, window still inop. Went ahead and started checking for broken door wires and checking for power at the switch. Fiddled around with the multimeter a bit and plugged the switch back in to check for power going to the motor and it started working again, didn't really fix or find anything wrong.
