I ordered my Father's Day preset from my wife today. I got everything I need for an e-fan. I ordered a new fan, a 100 amp starter selenoid, a 40 amp relay, and an on-off-on 3 position switch. I should have enough wiring to complete the install.

Wanted to see what all the hype was about, so I dipped my flakes. Honestly I'm still on the fence, but it was easy enough to do, and possibly undo.

I've always been a shiny/polished/chrome wheel fan. I'll see if it grows on me.

Started it for the first time in a while because I don't want the seals or fluids to go bad. Once I had it connected to the Fusion's battery, it started right up. Like, faster than anything I've ever tried starting. Anyway, let her warm up, cycled gears, used various power things. The battery's cooked, though. Like useless. Gonna need a new one. Good thing I got the 3 year battery last year. Warrantied ftw.

Drove it into the mountains for a Father's Day hike!

It might not look like much in the picture, but the slope maintained about a 45 degree angle for a little over 3/4 of a mile. And I was carrying a pack with 35+ lbs of water, lunch, sweatshirts, cameras, etc.

And the top. All kinds of cairns around the top, but this one was easily the neatest of all of them

This is the biggest pitman arm puller they had and it got the pitman arm off without me breaking a sweat. It's such a beast it came with a leash. Swapped in a new PSC steering gear today that has been sitting on my bench for 4 months.

changed the oil and filter, fuel filter, front and rear diff fluids and painted the covers, discovered that this weird nocking sound is my tcase tapping the skid... trans mount is shot and probably engine mounts too.. going to replace those and do a trans service next weekend.. and noticed my control arm bushings are shot and rusting where the bushing goes in.. so now im on the hunt for new control arms, may just wait on that til I can save for a 3.5 lift with them.<----- any recommendations?

Finally fixed that irritating sagging front door! Cheap fix, and didn't take more than an hour...

Put on a door that matched the color of my jeep.

Put in a new gas tank. Old one had a hole melted in it.

Finally drove her after 2 weeks
