washed her...
3rd time this year. Only because I wash after snows to keep the rust down as much as possible. this time she was just plain old muddy.

Got her back on the road again. Had to wait for Napa to open t have the pulley swapped from my defective ps pump onto the new one. After that it was mostly smooth sailing. While a friend was driving me around I realized how much a hate riding in little low riding cars. I can only imagine how much I'll hate it after I get around to lifting the zj.

Used some rattle can vinyl & fabric dye to turn my lift glass hatch's interior panels from charcoal to beige.

Too bad it's not even close to matching the any of the '93's 2 tone Lt. Brown/ tan interior.... It sticks out like a sore thumb.

Should've left it so the charcoal was still showing through after the first couple of light coats.... Live and learn, I guess.

Or I could pick up another 20 cans and do the rest of the interior to match.....
Or I could get a D.I.Y. frontal lobotomy kit, instead...

2x!! Working on my ZJ compared to working on my lowered '94 Stang. At my friends garage he keeps a few 2 x 12's nailed together so we can get the '94 onto his lift to do anything. I changed my transmission filter today with enough room to tip a brew while torqueing the pan bolts on my ZJ in my driveway.

As far as riding in it, .... the 'ol Stang eats curves almost as much as I like too!

Found a set of 5 265/75r16 bfg all terrains on a set of 5 spoke jeep wheels that definitely look cooler than the snow flakes I have, all 5 tires are between 4/32 and 6/32 tread depth. The guy is asking $225 thinking about seeing if I can talk him down a little and using those to get by for a bit while I'm saving for new ca's and the wheel and tire setup I really want to go with.

If your current tires are good, just keep using those. It may look a bit goofy for a bit, but you'll be $225 closer to your new set.

Good point I'm gonna see what I can talk him down to, if I can get him to drop the price I may go for it. I can always turn around and sell my wheels or the ones I'm gettin with the tires to recoup some of the money spent if I can get the right price.

Those tires aren't worth buying. 4/32" is the recommended depth by most companies for replacement. You might be able to drive on them for a little bit, but I really doubt anyone is going to buy them from you. Also 265/75/16s are over 31.5" in diameter. With those being worn, you're probably looking at a little under 31". That's quite a bit for a stock suspension.

Im gettin ready to install the iro 4.5 inch lift. Only one of them is at 4/32 and I was just gonna run em for a couple months to get me by so I'm not on pizza cutters til I can get the 33x1250 I wanna run. Once I'm done witht these tires I was gonna try and sell just the rims cuz I know no one would want the tires with em being that low on tread.

Waiting on my 1 3/4 drop pitman arm still. I love IRO don't get me wrong but sometimes they take forever to ship stuff. Does anyone have IRO 1.5in wheel spacers and if so are they worth it or souls I go with the spiders.

You don't need a drop pitman arm. So long as the spacers bolt to the hub and have embedded studs, they will work. Just comes down to how much you want them to push the wheel out.
