Used it as a parts getter this morning while we were working on my buddy's cj and now we're getting it loaded down to go clear some land so we'll have a place to ride that's local

Cursed it's name. My 6 month old power steering pump sprung a massive leak sometime yesterday which I caught last night. Thankfully it's under warranty and a replacement is readily available, got the old one out and the fluid drained in record time to... But once again that ****ing pulley will be the death of me. Used 2 types of pulley removers and was only able to get it about 1/3rd off before they refused to push any further. It's also Sunday so no one with a press is open, now I'm stuck at him and have no way to get to work tomorrow. Not a happy camper.

Replaced my water pump for the second time this year. The main shaft had migrated about 1/4 inch forward digging the prop into the metal big time. I didn't see any metal shavings in any of the coolant I drained but it will be getting a flush soon. Also replaced the thermostat while I was in there.

Side note: I always use a 50/50 mix of coolant. Either premixed or I mix it myself using bottled water. What would cause the fluid to look almost straight water when drained

Pulled the trigger on the 4.5 inch IRO lift. Cant wait til it gets here so I can get it installed! Has anyone installed this lift? I don't really want to use the provided t case drop kit and Im wondering if there is anything in particular I should watch for, or what else I may need to do to avoid using it?

Don't use the TC drop, soak every single bolt in PB blaster until the install date. If you have the CV shaft, take it out now.

I reinstalled my fog lights, put my bumper cover back on, and swapped out my stock grille for the Niner grille I took off to go wheeling. For some reason, all that crap goes on a lot quicker than it comes off. It took me all of maybe a half hour to do that. I also touched up some of the black paint on my DT3000s the power washer at Bundy Hill decided to take off. Gotta keep the DTs coated because I've heard a lot about the bodies rusting out on them.

I fixed my wife's ZJ's randomly non-functioning starter.
So, Karen has been complaining(for a couple weeks... ) about George's starter not behaving lately. It does nothing, even though it has power to all the systems.

Any time I tried it in the past, it works just fine time after time after time after time after time.....

Today, it actually did it for me on the 2nd try. Nothing from the starter... Cycled the key on/off/on/off.
Still nada.... Popped the hood, took the cover off the PDC and smacked the starter relay.
Got back in, Bingo!! Turned over and fired like a champ.
Shut it off, start, off, start, off, nothing.... Smack relay, turn key, Bingo!!!!
Swap the ABS relay and the starter relay, and it worked perfectly EVERY time for 10min straight!

Problem solved for now! The ABS doesn't even need a relay, since the pump module is sitting in my shed...

Although, I do have about 10 of every relay and fuse that a ZJ takes, so I should probably swap the relay I stuck in the ABS relay's place. And maybe stick a spare in the open slot in the PDC, just for good measure...

Looked at prices for a Coolant Temperature Sensor and seen some places selling it for $45+ and Quadratec is selling it for $20

not t-case drop..ever if you can avoid it
