Here in North Carolina its just hit $3.42 in Winston Salem. But 28.7 miles one way to work at around 16 mpg in my 94 5.2 seems decent enough assuming my HUD is accurate.

Decided that when my parents buy a new car in scrapping the jeep and buying there 2000 explorer off them. Death wobble is back and I'm not putting any more money in it. So hopefully in the next few weeks it will e gone.

Noticed my fan isnt make as much noise as it usually does. Probably the cause of my engine running 10-15 degrees hotter

Went to the local pull a part to get a "new" rear bumper support bracket. Well found one zj without the jy "car stands" (welded rims) on the hitch. Removed the hitch easy enough (someone actually sprayed the bolts with pb blaster already) and started to work ok the mount studs. Used the double nut method to remove one. Working on the second one the weld broke and i said f*** it.

I found one zj with a skid plate but the damn rims holding the truck up were in my way. Wheres a jack when you need one.

Cleaned out a bunch of tools and such I don't need to carry all the time and got it ready for this weekend's trip back to CT.

Tires are ready for pick up, gonna gab them next week. Tank is ready to drop in tomorrow and pressure test. 2.5 gallon tank connected to an ARB compressor.

Got the intake manifold back on and snugged down. I was pleasantly surprised by the lack of crud in the lifter valley, so at least all the previous owners to this Jeep changed the oil regularly.

My '703 injector service kit gets here tomorrow so I should be able to get it all wrapped up after work.

It runs. Trans slips sometimes. I'm planning a couple wheeling trips to take it on before I scrap it.
