I did quite a bit today.....I put my heep past the point of no return, it wont move again until im done....

ok....Whats missing besides the cross member?

ANSWER: these

i cut them off to put my frame stiffeners on, they are 3"x5" .25" wall angle iron, this will be the base for my new suspension, cross members, cage, etc.

unlike the xj, the zj uniframe has two steps in it so i made some relief cuts and did some jumping on it to start the bends since i dont have a press

i layed out the other side after test fitting this on that side, hopefully it wont be windy again tomorrow so i can go ahead and weld them in and start on the crossmembers

the stiffeners have to go in first so i can get jack stands under the frame to pull both axles and start suspension.

Washed it, painted cladding rockers door handles and fuel door, pulled out my sub and amps tucked all the wires, pulled the trunk carpet out and cleaned and dyed it black

That's what mine sounds like i assume from being backwards and the hollow cat doesn't help. I believe the centered tube is the inlet and the offset is the outlet.

My latest little project to deal with my sagging headliner. I pulled out the fiberglass shell, pulled the material off, and cleaned the foam off with a wire brush. Primed it and painted with some color-matched paint. (Went to Lowe's and had them match the headliner fabric.)

Since I live in San Antonio, heat from the roof is a big issue. Decided to try some radiant barrier. I did put barrier in the center holes after install.
