It was popping through the exhaust. Its been over 210 before, but with the other pcm.

mine always drives better when its hot (210-215)

your timing or plugs could be an issue or catalytic converter

plobly the new puter

I just replaced the plugs about a month ago, and the cat is less than 2 years old, and the timing is advanced cause of the pcm. I'll pull a plug and see what it looks like, but it was running fine afterward.

I'd make sure your plugs and wires are in good shape, plug gap is correct, etc. Checking the fuel sync wouldn't hurt either, although that's probably not the issue. It's possible something is marginal and stops working correctly when it gets hot enough.

Mine runs just at the line before the 210 mark. I put in the 180* tstat a year and a half ago. it runs right on the 2 during summer at 100*+ or when wheeling

Thats what I'm thinking. Cause even right after I stopped, the idle was fine. I gapped the plugs at .040 or .045 with the ignition upgrades, i can't remember which.

Belly has been under coated. Exhaust has been painted. 4x4 badges removed (because they're a lie). Front carpet test fit and started to cut.

Got money in the pocket to go pick up Princess (the new ZJ) on the 9th or 10th.

Junkyard visit, fixed wiper relay, new black (was chrome) grill, installed/cracked new mirror on pass. side. Bypassed heater core so my AC doesn't reek. Pulled off gold front bumper trim and used it to prop up my pass. headlight.

Probably mold and crap built up in the HVAC box. Best solution is to pull it apart and clean it out. Otherwise, turn the vent fan on low, spray a bunch of lysol into the cowl until the cabin smells, then turn it off and let it sit for a few hours. Also, when using the A/C, turn the A/C off and crank the fan for about a minute before parking the Jeep.

Broke the clamp off of my catalytic converter a few days ago.... sounds pretty awesome now but I figure I should fix it. It's the clamp closest to the engine on the catalytic converter, where can I buy the clamp for it?

I discovered that the window regulator mechanism in the passenger rear door has let go of the glass....
Put all the windows down at work and when that regulator got to the bottom, the glass slid down fast and stopped with a loud bang. Thankfully it didn't break!!
