Is the arch of the bumper different from the shape of your front end? Why the gap across the top?

I installed the WOLO horns today, wiring soldered and all fasteners installed with Loctite.
I also installed my KOR radiator support. This was a very interesting experience. In my opinion, this is a very over-hyped component that, again in my opinion is great in concept, but not in execution. I am really un-impressed with the product, customer support and overall experience. I may be the one in a thousand unhappy customer, but it is what it is. Extremely poorly packaging required a number of attempts to receive missing hardware. The hardware received did not include components shown in the hardware package associated with the radiator support, missing was the backing plate for the vertical inner frame rail mounts. I had material in my shop to fabricate the needed parts so another week of waiting for parts was not needed.
I could write another paragraph or 4 with more complaints with this product, but I’m sure most other customers had better experiences than mine. The instructions implied to use the supplied fasteners for the bottom, the OE fasteners for the horizontal mounts. The hardware kit sent a week after the damaged container did not fit the lower mounts, hence the OE fasteners in that location. The holes/ slots cut in the KOR rad support were so large, the hardware kit washers pulled through, I used Tractor Supply grade 8 fasteners to install. I still need to get new metric fasteners for the lower bolt holes as shown in the pics. Even the …. PM me for the full rant.

I like what you attempted to do. But the/ your design does not follow the body lines. I like the look of the front being sectioned, but because it is not even from side to side it looks like it was already beat to crap.
Having said that, I'm not sure with my tools at home I could do much better. I think for my effort I would/ will try to keep your concept in mind, yet retain the OE bumper cover, at least to cover my equipment short falls.

I like this. I am doing the 1995 - '96^ grill swap. I am planning something along this idea.

Thanks guys not bad for the total of $15 and a couple hours I have invested. They sell these trays in they garden center at walmart that you use for grillng shrimp and stuff on the bbq. They r kinda thin which was nice for getting them shapped the way I wanted them but its def a bit of a concern as far as how sturdy they are which is why I decided I'm going to plasti dip it tomorrow with the hopes its will give it a little more strength.

When the '68 Roadrunners first came out, they had red mesh on the "grills" on the hood, I thought I might check out that look.

On a bright note, .. I had a blast ZJ part shopping today!! At a stop light a guy in a Cummins Dodge PU was giving me poop, spinning up his turbo, polluting the crap out of the town, so I left him with a 80' pair of black stripes& white smoke off the rear of the primer mule.

You know there's fewer toxic emissions in diesel exhaust than gas? It's the visible particulate (yeah, a lil bit of carbon) that gets everyone up in a huff and thinking diesels are so bad for the environment and so on

I worked on diesels for a number of years, I am aware of the visible smoke and odiferous issues/ quality of the modded engines. A friend of mine has adapted his “diesel” to run on used motor oil, with very little smoke/ carbon. I enjoy the reliability and economy of my John Deere 330 diesel lawn tractor, and no smoke. Riding through clouds of smoke sucks.
