Washed and polished it numerous times yesterday. Anybody interested in a 1996 body?

Me too....if you can bend it without a torch, press, and large vise its probably not bumper worthy.

The frame brackets and center sections are made from half inch plate.. Then you have .25 wall 1.5" dom tubing. Bend in press.. And skinned with 1/8 sheet metal.. It will hold up.. And the sheet metal can be replaced easily.. IT HAS BEEN TESTED

You already ran into something???

Why didn't you just weld the 1/8" to the Dom then blend with flap disc? Just remember Dom strength drops to crapper pipe when kinked vs a real bender. I'm just surprised you put that much work into something to end up asymmetrical and unfinished looking.
Those lights won't last long intact either.
Chin up

haha at 90-ish per tire, I couldn't resist in case I get a nail or split a sidewall.

The biggest thing I'm happy about is that all 6 even though they're retreads, were all bf goodrich a/t t/a ko's (not sure what the ko is) but none the less for 6 to match especially with the tread design not many would know they're retreads.

I think it's pretty good, plus there aren't a lot of people that have the tools, knowledge or skills to make their own bumper...
