I have been hearing some bearing noise and I think it's the alternator... If it is, could that be why my AC fan isn't working, or are the two unrelated?

There's no e-fan on a 5.2 ZJ. Just the clutch fan, nothing special to kick on when the A/C is on. If the A/C isn't cold when you're stopped, replace the fan clutch.

Ah no... Can't say that it does. Maybe invest in some metal hose clamps? I suppose those would work quite a bit better than the stock plastic ones.

need to do this, my hose between the box and intake is always coming apart at one end. currently duct tape is my friend.

similar to my day. Had a guy in a toyota corolla (why he thinks its a racer i'm not sure). Didn't really care, my girl was all nice and clean on the inside.

Did some pokin around so I am a little more prepared on replacing my sway bars. Gonna be fun doin the rear with the diff and armored tank back there.

Replaced a few O-rings in my low & hi side A/C lines, vacuumed and recharged the A/C. Now I need to fix the leaking gasket around my evap drain so my passenger floorboard doesn't get soaked.

I stopped at an exhaust shop to get a quote on having the exhaust redone. Asked for a new 2.25" y pipe merging to 3" high flow cat to a 3" muffler then asked for the price on a single 3" out, everything mandrel bent. The other option was dual 2.25" outs mandrel bending for the y pipe and regular bending for over the axle and out. My jaw about hit the floor. $1000 either way. I then asked if that was for stainless. Nope that's for aluminized piping.

I need to do some shopping. Thats just nuts! I got true duels from headers back on my old sbc 350 in a pickup for about $250 parts+ $350 labor about 3 years ago. I know prices have gone up but damn. I was hoping from this guy to hear $600-700 for everything

Back to the drawin board.
