He's got a 5.9, not a 4.0. They're not prone to manifold cracks.

The manifolds aren't supposed to have gaskets, and might be more leak prone with them. If they're not sealing, just give them a light coat of copper RTV and put them on without gaskets. I'd check carefully for carbon traces around where the manifolds meet the y-pipe, as that's a good spot for leaks to form, especially after removing the manifolds.

Anyone know if there's a jeep that I can swap driveshafts with so I have a longer drive shaft? Like an mj or xj?

That's a really cool design, but damn, if you hit something while its rigged up like that, I foresee a new radiator in your future

Changed my crank position sensor.

Pain in the ***! Took about and hour and a half.

Hopefully it solves my stalling problems. I'm on my last nerves with it. And I just can't figure it out lol

I had a stalling problem with my zj but it turned out to be a bad computer causing the fuel pump to shut off and not get power but this issue would cause my jeep to not start sometimes so unless your having issue starting it up sometimes this probably isn't an issue for you

attempted to install new speakers... realized i'd either have to drill holes (me trying to drill 4 perfectly spaced holes in my door is asking for trouble) or get adapters... found sopme adapters locally... screws that came with speakers are too long and digging through the screws in my garage to find 16 screws of the correct length would have taken too long.. put OEM speaker back in door left the door panel off until i can get shorter screws

probably get at least the fronts in tomorrow on my lunch break

Picked up relays, fuses, etc. to re-wire the aftermarket fogs the previous owner installed. He used 18 gauge, no relay and a **** switch, so I'm pulling it all and starting from scratch. Also grabbed doubles of everything for my new roof lights (yet to be installed) and found time to start bed-lining my cladding. I really like the look/textured feel and now that I got the hang of it the rest of the cladding should come out much better.
