I cleaned up the hitch I got from Squazz, (sanding, grinding, .. etc), primed it with Eastwood primer, cut & drilled new 1/4x1.5x2" steel "washers". Iíll give it a coat of SG Black after the recommended drying time.
I removed the grill, header panel & bumper to start the preparation for the '95 to '96 grill/ bumper/ fog light upgrade. PO had wired fog lights off of the low beam head lights. I found the OE fog light harness beside the horn harness so Iíll re-configure to OE standards w/ a hopefully good used switch.
I knew it had been hit on the passenger side and I was expecting the worst. It was awesome to see it is as clean as it is with the only metal damage being the RH bumper bracket. Looks like I should be able to pull it back out.
The last pic is of the remainder of the brush guard I cut off. The PO had welded it to the radiator support! Rather than grinding the remainder off Iím going to just replace the rad support with a KOR support.

Put some gas in it. Drove around town for a while. Worked on trying to get passenger automatic seat to work. No luck today. Replaced a few of the plastic rivet like things on the passenger door panel.

So I've been stuck behind the wheel of my Nitro for probably close to 25 hours total in the last week and half. I got home from a business trip today and decided to drive my ZJ over to my parents' house to drive something different. I used it as a means of transporting some stuff I still had there, including my 242. As I pulled up to my house, it turned 94000 miles.

Got the passenger side header flange to stop leaking. Coated the gasket in copper RTV and all is well. I've gotta do the driver's side tomorrow. I also discovered that my right rear MX6 blew out the lower seal and pissed a bunch of oil all over itself and is no longer working well. I sent an email to Kolak to find out what I've gotta do to warranty that, waiting to hear back.

Didn't do anything today but a couple days ago I cleaned the outside and inside...here's a pic just because. Also found a pic of it next to a stocker at school from a couple months ago.
