I thought about glassing one or making my own but got a good deal on this

Bought it on eBay for 40$. Its a universal console like they use in cop cars. about 1hr of thinking and welding and made a mount for it

I lost the pic of the mount I made. But basically what I did was take the factory ebrake lever and weld a piece of flat steel to it. A piece of 1x1 square tube to that and then one more piece of flat steel welded to that with bolts in it to bolt to the console. I can get some more detailed pics tomorrow if you would like

If you've got small fingers, that's not even needed. I've done them without pulling the battery or the headlight.

Honestly though, I'd pull the headlight and take the opportunity to throw some new clips in there and fix / replace the adjusters so it's not wobbly anymore.

I got monkey hands lol so the battery is coming out. I might do the adjusters but its all gunna come down to how the weather is tomorrow. If its rainy and cold out then ill do the adjusters next weekend or next time I get a day off.

Ill go get some pics soon. It came out exactly how I had planned too. It's off centered to the passenger side and that left room for me to put my mag light and gerber fixed blade knife on the side

Fitting new brake pads and I stripped the thread inside of the caliper retainer. Not one of my better days.

Tried to fix the flange leak on my passenger side header (old gasket looked like it was leaking on the header side of cylinder 6, others looked like they were sealed fine). Put in a new, different style gasket, cranked it down tight, and the ******* leak is worse now! I'm gonna have to order up some of the soft aluminum gaskets and hopefully they fix it

In the next couple weeks I'm probably going to get a fuel pump. I'm tired of this damn thing going to E and back.
