So on the way home today I'm driving and my gas gauge dives to E iv got about a 1/4 or more tank or so left. Every now and then it does this. But today it stayed for 5-10 min. I know that it's not empty. Fuel pump going bad?

took it to the mechanic, after water pump/coolant/belt/rear brakes/thermostat and hoses were done last time i notice some noise now from under the hood.... so he says maybe we'll need to replace the belt he put on if noise doesn't go away... also need rear main seal work (leak) and oil filter housing work (leak) as well as the wheel for the a/c is acting up so he is suggesting compresor replacement for the a/c....

Does anyone know what size the stud on the oil filter and what threads they are? I'm looking on glowshifts website and they sell sandwich plates that go between the filter and the adapter on the block and you can put oil pressure and oil temp sending units in it. I'm kinda interested in it. Seems pretty slick.

The center threaded part on the oil filter mount is 3/4-16.

Headers are done. Just getting a leak where the header adapter meets the rest of my exhaust, cause I had to jerry rig it together. I couldn't find the right size adapter at work and didn't feel like ordering one for $10, but I did, along with a 2-3/4" clamp. Hopefully that will get rid of the leak. No rattles or anything, though.
