Sure Is. Hated the gerber sheath. Got this when I was on vacation last summer in Tennessee. It's a Remington universal sheath. I used the molle strapping on the back,a strip of 22ga steel self tapping screws and its mounted solid. Also have a sure fire g2 in the sheath as well no have been told I have to many lights. I have mag light and the sure fire on the console. And a head lamp on the rear view.

They are not expensive. Go get one! I sleep with a Moss 500 and a something else near the bed. If someone tells me "I come in piece" then I say, "you go in pieces!"

Anyone remember that movie?

drove the niner for work last night bout 5 hours in the 3" snow roads were slick AF the LSD works amazingly as long as I did not hit the gas I could putt right out in to traffic as soon as i did tho she was sideways only need 4wd 3or4 times when climbing a few hills. One hill I got about 1/2 way up jeep started sliding backwards popped the 242 in PT and away she went. Reason I did not just stay in 4 all night was it has a hell wine I thing its either coming from the tc font out put bearing or the D30. But would not the pinion still howl in 2wd if it was bad?

I don't know about the front 30 on a ZJ, but I know a lot of the time, a diff will only whine when it's loaded or coming off of load, depending on the diff and the condition. In 2WD, the front axle is never loaded, which means it also can't come unloaded and start whining for that either. Either way I suggest getting it on jackstands and finding out where the noise is coming from.

I still have. That way If I take the knife away from the jeep so I don't have to take this one out.

I usually carry a gerber with the f-a-s-t or what ever. Cheapo from Walmart. Or just a folding utility knife which I use most of the time at work.

I like the 500s I might start looking for either a 500 or a Remington 870.

Those are both good and fairly cheap pumps. I've got one of each actually. Bunch of accessories available for either platform so you can set them up anyway you want
