Finished my $60 winch plate. Don't like the approach angle so I am scrapping the idea and making a bumper out of plate hopefully.

Went and bought a leveling kit for the truck I swore would remain stock.

Also booking the ZJ into the shop to get finished in March sometime.

Mounted pa speaker and made a tie down for the cb antenna so it will fit in my garage. I'm happy with it all

Picked up a gas tank skid at the jy, and some 93-95 fog light mounts, tried to grab a t-case skid from 3 different zj's but there was always ONE bolt (into subframe) that just spun and spun, no cutting allowed so I had to walk away upset. I also snagged a 242 T-case bezel if anyone needs it

Yeah I found a gas tank skid plate today at the jy.....damn first bolt would just spinning away. Could find out how to get to the head of th bolt so I had to say screw it.

I always though 242 bezels were a lil hard to find....I have three now, my jeep came with one but why not grabs extras for people who need it right? Haha

Just as an aside about leather and power seats: Power cloth seats exist. I sat in a set this week. Much to my surprise.

With that said, I've been too busy working on this model kit to do anything to my ZJ. With some luck, I might get a parts Jeep next weekend.

I like my leather: they don't cause static buildup on dry winter days and I don't have to worry about them getting smelly and gross if they get sweated on during the summer. They do get hot in the summer, but the edge is taken off in the winter by them being heated.
