Just got a 96 ZJ. It needs a little love but I think I can handle it. Oh yeah its pretty much stock.

On topic I went to my local pull a part and got some rear seat headrests, stock radio, information center, hood, and I found a cargo area Husky liner!

I also changed the acc. belt.

Changed the oil to Royal Purple 5w40 and the filter to an oversized 3001 K&N
Installed an MSD Coil.
Installed a new tensioner pulley.
Installed new windshield trim.

Bought new master cylinder, still trying to find booster.

i made money from it! thats right, my jeep gave money back!! some retard cousin of my GF that thinks his mustang is the baddest thing on the earth asked what i drive after i told him i wasnt impressed, after telling him he said "grand cherokees never had a V8, they only had a 4.0" he was so sure he bet me $50. went to the house, popped the hood and fired it up, showed him the FSM to prove it wasnt a swap. moneyy

Pulled the passenger side dash out to get a better look at the HVAC recirc. air intake. I plan on getting my hands on a fiber optic scope tomorrow so I can have a better look inside the housing.

Replaced Valve cover gasket
(and cleaned valve cover.. hmm shiny factory black),
replaced PCVvalve
replaced IACvalve
changed oil
Attempted and failed to get oil filter adaptor off to replace leaky seal.
I looked at it, looked at the star bit I had, measured said star bit on ratchet, scratched head, thought to myself "WTF? how am I supposed to get this in there". Accepted failure and drank some beer. Later on I go to my online resource known as jeepforum (while drinking more beer) and found the needed answers and enjoyed the amusing comentary. Now when I get time I will replace said seal and then do the oil pan gasket and rear main seal. Then will be the tranny filter and seal.
After that I should have a non-leaking dripless jeep.
I CANT WAIT!!!

Got bored after class so I drove it over some of the concrete parking blocks that keep your tires from going into the spot across from you.
