Well I hope that's not what happened, but I highly doubt that the light would burn out at the same time I replaced the part that was causing it to go off.

Probably the cause then, mine is starting to also nothing serious and I'm on stock arms. I've been holding out waiting to afford long arms and to go 4.5 at the same time but I think I'll have to settle for short arms for now, since I have million other things to buy for the zj.

Finally found a usable dipstick tube. Got it and a cpl other parts.......cruise control buttons that were broken off and Ac line mounting braket that goes between alt. And manifold. You'll love to hear this polka! Got them from jy! See I'm not a snob! Haha. Can't believe the tube jus came right out. There was a well placed oil leak on the donor that ran right over the tube so I unbolted it and wiggled........score! Can start putting the engine and tranny back in tomarrow!

Haha a strategic oil leak helped to preserve the tube? That's hilarious.

Technically yesterday but I changed out the shot OEM trunk lifts with Stabilus ones. Rounded off one of the screws putting it back in but they're holding fine...no more having to hold the heavy MFer up!

Today: Rear differential fluid change, changed out the worn serpentine belt.

Tomorrow: Hopefully throw in a new head-unit as the original doesn't work (only powers on, can't change station or anything other than the power button work...one AM station only).

Maybe try to find a way to just pull the power to the VIC...it's been flickering off/on and giving me random "errors" like low windshield fluid and bad coolant sensor. I think it's just on it's way out or a bad connection...

Jus ran into what seems like a major problem. I got the oil filter for the new motor and it don't fit, find the one that fits right!? Well here's the prob. there is a tranny bolt that is suppose to go RIGHT where the oil filter needs to be! You can see it in the pic. The bolt there is the one from the engine stand and the bolt needs to go from motor to tranny in that spot so there is no way it will sit flush. Idk..... maybe a filter relocator?
