For $600 you easily came out on the good end.

Wax it today and discovered I got a big ding in the rear quarter panel.
Must have happened yesterday in the Costco parking lot.
Will have to pull the spare tire, pull the plastic panel off, cut away some of the sound proofing I recreantly installed and then the vibration damper under it before it can be fixed.

Replaced my rear exhaust hanger. Now it doesn't rattle at idle, only at about 50 mph... Next up is cap, rotor, and plugs. Unfortunately I don't have a garage, so I'll have to wait until Sandy blows by.

Have you checked to see if the exhaust is hitting the gas tank heat shield?

No, it's possible that it is. From what I could tell it was hitting a bar that is just behind the axle(sorry, I don't know what it is called) and rattling against that. The exhaust hanger was dry rotted and quite worn out. I'll have to crawl back under there and check it out once the storm blows through and it's dry again.

Sway bar or track bar? One of those two.

I had the same problem. I ended up rotating the whole muffler and tail pipe slightly to provide clearance. I then replaced the muffler clamp and tightened the crap out of it to prevent it from rotating back. Good luck!

Got jynxed by posting it in this thread, I think.

Now it's down to 325 for that stuff... So basically 325 for the bumper cover, a fender, those headlights and the mounting stuff (although my plastic thing behind the grille is broken in two pieces), and the rubber mats. Bleh. I needed the money...

Nice...I like the "fog light" placement. Is yours lifted or is that just the extra tire height?

Thanks! The fogs like that mean no breaking them when wheeling, which is great. I'm running a 2'' BB with 31s.

Did you just take the bumper cover off and add hooks? Looks nice! Just curious. Might be a cheap mod I can do to mine.
