So what I thought was a starter yesterday, it wasn't. Starter turns just fine. Investigated more today and it's actually my cps. Because I get power to my coil but then it goes away. Is that a correct diagnosis? Stop gonna swap my 175k mile starter anyways while I'm under there.

Better do the trans mount too unless you want the new MM to wear out faster.

Got the headlight molding installer, just recently discovered this rubber molding was not on my rig.

Also installed the headlight gaskets, did not realize how much need to come off to install these until I got into it.
Now it looks more like PolkaPower's rig

I saw the pictures, glad to hear everyone is ok, And that the truck isn't a total loss. Good luck on the repairs!

My wife and I carved pumpkins tonight, and we have 2 more to carve tomorrow night. Unfortunately our "innocent little dog" ate the middle of mine before I could take a picture... Now I know better for tomorrow!

well....

yesterday left to go home at about midnight and on my way the heater didnt want to work. so i figured it was the broke blend air door giving me crap.... then got on the highway and the temp started to climb. 210, 220, 230..... the whole time im yelling "how is this possible!" since its freezing outside. anyway pulled over and steam came rolling out of the hood... upper radiator hose split and fell off spraying coolant everywhere. so i limped home. then took my brothers jeep to go back to town the next day to get a new hose and thermostat. got home and after a few hours of flushing out the block in freezing weather i turn the key and the ABS light is now back on....... i just fixed that! ... so i fixed that by pulling the bulb in the cluster .

so far... all is well.

Ah good to hear, I'm the seller. The people said they may return a couple parts if they're not needed and ask for some money back though... Normally I wouldn't do that, but one of 'em stood around in the cold and rain and helped me take some stuff off the other day.
