Found out I have a parasitic drain. Did a weak start last week, starter barely turning. Few days ago she couldnt power the starter, just clicks. Try again a couple days later and I have a completely dead battery, couldnt even get her jumped.

Nice looking jeep to say the least...where does one find those bumpers?

New Around Here

I bought mine today! First Jeep I've ever owned. Looked around for a while, settled on a 97 Laredo today. Bone stock (I think) 4.0L 173,000 miles on the clock and seems to be running great. I guess time will tell. Washed her and filled the tank with gas it's been a long time since I put 20 gallons in a tank all at once. Love it so far, pics to come soon.

Welcome to the wonderful world of not having money because you have to put 20 gallons in it every week. But I wouldn't trade my zj for a thing. And welcome to jeep forum

Shocking!

Installed my new front shocks! Getting closer to being done. CAn someone explain how to get my pictures to show up in the thread? Thanks.

And how the frick do I get the tapered steering damper bolt OUT of the fricking hole. Pressed it, hammered it, hammered on the edge to try to pop it out. Been spraying it with PB. Anyone have any unorthodox methods?

And the driver side sway bar end link is being a b*tch also.

Open it in paint. Don't just copy and paste it, though, actually open it. Then just resize it.

To answer your questions, some people heat up both, but just quit hitting like a girl but seriously, both gave me hell, just keep wailing on em.

I took the sway bar off and just wailed on them for a while. Easier when you can maneuver the thing and get clearance for a good swing.

Used a pitman arm puller then hit the end of the puller with a bfh.

I beat the crap outta mine with a dead blow hammer. It wasn't easy, but that's how I did it.

X2 on the pitman arm puller keep tightening it and hitting with a hammer *** you tighten it eventually it will pop right out
