Put my rear diff back together with new carrier bearings, axle bearings and seals. After getting my buddy to machine proper shims for me, it went together pretty easily. Set the proper backlash and tested the gear patterning. New parking brake shoes. Installed my new fuel module, installed my new filler neck as well as filler and vent hoses. All in about 5 hours! Oh and new wiper blades too. Thanks to PSUxjJeeper for the help.

Did you notice a big improvement? I'm contemplating replacing my rear track bar after 212k of mall crawling.

Brought it back from the dead

I bought a 'non-running 93 grand cherokee recently. After fixing the electrical problems, brake cylinders, vacuum leak, and shocks, I finally got it cleaned up today and put the interior back together. I also got the keyless entry sort-of working and am putting in a radio later this afternoon.

Sorry about the pictures. You have to right click "open in a new window" or "open in a new tab" to see them.

went to adjust the transmission kick down cable and failed miserably. Broke off the plastic clip that holds the cable to the throttle body arm. Doe. I got it kinda back together with a few zip ties and the trans is shifting right again.

Then used it to move my trailer with my celica motor on it closer to my shed to start working on this weekends motor swap.

its still the same CA mounting point. it shouldn't be affected, how much of the front is for an XJ?

I'm going to get my flowmaster super 44 muffler for my jeep... Then Tom I'll take the old off and put the new on... Hopefully with very little adjustments needed...
