I like it! Splash some paint on it and it will look brand new.

On topic:
I reinstalled my trans pan after reconnecting the governor pressure sensor/temperature thermistor, because of it mysteriously coming unplugged. Then mounted my muffler a little better.

Well I'm in no rush, I'm probably not getting tires until november or so. I would just rather not have to go through the trouble of sending them back. Ill have to go to the shop and ask them. My buddy at work (commercial guy at AAP) has connections with the tire shop down the street and was gonna get me a super sweet deal on some tires.

New Viscous Coupler

Installed my new Viscous coupler today in my 249. Probably took about 5 hours to do but had to run out to get a new tail shaft seal too.

Tinted the front windows 100% illegal, but I'll risk the ticket since it looks badass.

^The guy unsold my XJ to was concerned about the shells and casings around the seats. It was a deer lease jeep so I never bothered properly cleaning it up.

My approach angle is going to be amazing! As is the safari seats up front.

I like the tint.
When the sun gets low in the sky, coming from the side, I roll up the window and I am no longer blinded.
Edit: Can you check the tint percent with out special equipment ,if so HOW

Why does it do that even though voltage is still going through the fuse box and when you turn on the ignition power goes through but nothing comes on? I'm thinking it's the security system but I'm too lazy at the moment to pull it out.
It's complicated, but essentially if there's still a teeny bit of a connection a trickle of juice will get through. But as soon as you give it full juice the level of restriction will cause it to heat up, causing even more resistance, to the point where it might as well be an insulator.... But that's just speculation on my part. I had the exact thing happen to me, grabbed a test light and noticed that there was no good connection between the terminal clamp and the wire. Pulled it appart, cleaned it up and she starts every time. Hell, I think I even had a thread when things went south. And also posted the fix a few pages back in this thread.

Drove out into banjo country to pick up my Craigslist tail light. Paid the man and retreated back to civilization and the safety of my garage to put it on.
