Just finished my e-taurus cooling fan. Holy crap! The 5.2 ZJ's should have come from the factory like this. What a difference. It seems to be a bit more peppy plus no more clutch fan noise. I let it get up to 215* with the fan off just to see how effective it was and it brought it back down to 195* within 2 minutes at an idle with the AC blasting. Granted, it is only about 62* out. Total project cost was approximately $53 and about 5 hours total.

Mine is usually 40 on cold idle, 30-40 on warm idle, and 50-60 with the gas on.

Cold idle it is about ~42 psi.

Warm/hot idle is ~37 psi

Driving or cruisng about ~47 pis

I don't even know if my fan even works I mean I know it does I've ust never heard it kick on
