Replaced the motor mounts. Driver side wasn't too bad, but I can't tell if the passenger side was needed. Help please ...

Finally got around to doing the tj fuel bezel mod.. Took some time, but the best write up I found was on nagca.com. Just had to put some spacers up top behind the filler neck plate. And drill new holes. Favorite mod done to my zj so far!!! Also spraypainted the front bumper/frame black because it being silver looked outta place.

Edit: still have to cut some heads off screws and silicone them on the outside of the bezel trim holes

Drove The 93 for 75 miles with no brake lights went to replace the brake light switch and apparently the 93 and 94 switch is different

Also got a proper length front DriveShaft for the 93 with ax-15 and 06 TJd30
took 1 1/4" out of a Xj front DS

I actually did this friday. I'm always a few days behind when I post these. Put the headlights in the header panel with my threaded rod mount set up. I can't adjust them anymore but the adjusters were all broken anyway, so I guess it doesn't mater. LOL. No more falling out of the tweaked header panel either. Plus got some new corner and marker light housing. Good to go now. Just need to straighten the steering wheel and get her registered and she'll be back on the road.

I would think twice about using those seemingly unused holes for your design. You'd have a hard time spreading the case when you regear.

That's where the case spreader goes.

hmm something to consider, altho never had to use a spreader when removing the carrier in the D30 for locker install. Glad I posted and got opinions

Looks freaking awesome, just be sure not to heat it up to much. The drive line shop I go to around here said they get a lot of axle ninjas that put a truss on but warp the axle in the process. Failure. By the way that looks like Admiril Ackbar.

Towed it out to work to see how my truck pulls since I will be towing my next xj home soon. Towed better than I expected, also got the clunk fixed on the zj so hopefully I get someone to buy it soon so I can start on the XJ!
