After moving it from the garage to the barn. And then the oil pressure thing. I thought about it. And this jeep just Dosnt seem worth my time or money. It has 227,xxx miles on it. It's got rust everywhere. And is worth nothing near what I paid for it. I really want to cut my losses on it. And get a wj. A low mile 4.0 wj 2000 or newer. I really just don't know if it's this zj that turned me off on them. Or it's driving dads explorer and then having to drive this. I hate it. Lol. Guess I'm going to start looking for wjs.

Finished up my axle swap and rough country 3.5" lift. I've also been trying to work through all of the little surprises. The forum has been a great help so far.

WJ's have their own fair share if issues too but it will be a newer vehicle. Sounds like you just got one with a ton of issues. Good luck with your search.

don't do it. i sold mine a few months back, and now i drive the wifeys WJ. i miss my zj so bad. i still poke my head in this thread to see what yall are up to....

It's gravy. Just put a wrench on it, size slips my mind. Miller wreaking havoc ! Lol!

seeing polka powers intake gave me some good motivation and i took out the metal inside my stock air hat and sanded down any plastic that looked sharp also i left the divider in for the passenger throttle blade but sanded it to a knife edge . next i trimmed the filter boxes tube thing that protrudes into the box and sanded that too , then i remade my ram air so it has a perfect seal to the box.

my lady put 93 ethanol in it so for now it feels kind of strange but in my initial impression it seems to rev faster at low rpms , next up kegger mod!

If its the 4.0 its right above the oil filter. Unplug it first. Mine was ON there! Although I did buy the cheapo Autozone part and I need a new one after maybe a year. When I get up to temp and let of the gas it pegs out until I get back on the gas. Lots of guys on here swear buy mopar so I may go in that direction this time.

Yeah mines 4.0. I'll go to advanced and grab one. This morning I drive it to work. And I realize how much I missed the noises it makes. Then it goes to 0. At first I freak out and I was like oh yeah. I almost get to work and the check gauge lights started flashing. After it cooled down at work then drove home it hasn't done it yet. But I'm still going to get one.
