i was looking at mopar.com for a hitch and they require a bezel. What is that? Would that be the whole rear bumper or what?

A bezel is usually a trim piece of some kind. It would be useful to see the requirement in context. I went to mopar.com, but was unable to find what you were looking at.

the bezel is the plastic "bumpy" surround for the hitch cutout. if you don't get the tow package, the bumper is just smooth all the way across.
