20lb tank is pretty large compared to the size of empty space in a Jeep. I have a 15lb tank with varible regulator, I can re-set tires that have been knocked off bead, fill tires up, run air tools, or do anything else that an air supply would be needed for. Co2 is cheap. Welding shop refills my tank for under $15.00 and I usually run it for 4 months or so depending upon how many tires I fill and how much air I use for other stuff.

You have a TJ, a mag light is pretty large in that.

I believe hes a soda jerk on the side. He claims its a beer tapper but Im not buying it.

Air tyres and run impact wrenches are the most common uses for Co2 in jeeps.
