Haha, I've tried turning it on my phone and then uploading it. It won't work. I'll have to do it when I get on the computer.

Haha. She has 163k miles with a bad VC. Plenum doesn't look terribly bad, but I will fix is soon. Valve covers are leaking alittle.

Yea same when I bought mine. I would put the plenum at the top of the list besides addressing the transfer case. It can cause bad o2 sensors, clogged cat, gummed up intake, pinging, pretty big hit in power and mpg, ect. I replaced the valve cover gaskets right after the plenum. If I had to do it again I would do both at the same time and replace all radiator hoses and t stat too. It's just easier. Also while the intake was off I replaced the cap, rotor, and crank position sensor. Much easier to reach.

I was shocked at the power increase after the plenum fix. Mine wasn't leaking bad either just a little tear in the gasket. I replaced it around 134K miles.

Atlas may be a bit overkill. 231 may be the ticket. Its what I have in my Ram.

Will do. First thing is probably the valve cover gaskets, plenum, and whatever else while the intake is pulled.

I'll start a build thread when the fun begins.

Is the mopar performance pcm still available? Its got one of those unless JET chips on it now.

I thought I read somewhere that you can do a low buck upgrade on a 231 using parts out of a ram 231 is it the chain that is stronger in the ram model? And you can also upgrade the low gear to a 4:1 ratio.

Believe so, my original chain lasted until 243k miles on my ram. Just replaced it about 4 months ago.

I'm definitely going to look into upgrading the 231. What about transmission upgrades like shift kits, etc?

Axles have already been taking into consideration.
