Water in rear compartment only.

I have a 96 Grand Cherokee and I'm getting standing water in the rear passenger compartment. I had the a/c actuator motor replaced last week and they checked the drain tube and tell me that's not it. Could it be the drain tubes from the sunroof or the weatherstrip above the door leaking? Has anyone come across this?

Thanks

My roof rack leaked. The bolts have O-rings on them. I guess the Jerzey acid rain got to them? RTV over each hole fixed mine. It would drip behind the door sill, so I could never see the leak. It just got wet on the rear passenger side floor after a big rain.

I just talked to the service manager at the dealership who said it's most likely the drain lines from the sunroof. He also said it's a very expensive fix. Does anyone have the instructions on how to remove the trim pieces?

Removing the trim is not hard... but its ALOT to type up. I suggest investing in a Factory Service Manual... it will cost less then one hour of labor at the dealer.

Use a garden hose to determine if the water is coming from the outside and where it is entering..
