Well checked it all out. I do et the pulse siginal from the stock pcm ecm vr. But.... that plasitc block on the alt wireing...I can turn it on the big wire. I turned it all the way one way and I get an almost 14. However if I allow it to go the other way It gets lowwer. If it gets wet I get 14. So I think im looking at some unsoldered connections in that block. Never solved the ext vr flicker. Is there someplace you can buy the wireing to the alt with that black block?

I've seen them for sale in alternator rebuilder's online catalogs, but mine was hacked by the OP and a junkyard truck provided the replacement. All kinds of mopar cars and trucks use the same block.

BTW, nothing special about that block, it's just a wire holder.
