Vibration when stopped in drive

I've noticed recently while in drive and stopped at red light or whatnot I get a vibration. When I kick it out of drive and put it in neutral or park it doesn't do it whatsoever! Only does it when in gear. Any thoughts?

Motor/transmission mounts could be going bad. I'd check those out first.
