Vibration/Rattle

My zj has a vibration and knock, which seems to be transmitted through the drivers side floor board.

Here's a list of my recent projects:
New upper and lower ball joints
Brakes, rotors, calipers,
New front driveshaft
New rear u-joints
All new fluids
Moog HD steering stabilizer
Currie HD steering tie rod and drag link
Adjustable track bar
New OME shocks
Recent alignment and tire balance

I have triple checked all my driveline components for proper torque settings.

I was researching and found a bunch of examples of transfer case drive chains being loose so I put the zj on jack stands and went though every gear, including reverse at speeds ranging from zero to sixty but I can't reproduce the noise.

Would being on jack stands reduce the tension on the transfer case drive chain somehow and keeping it from making noise?

Or am I over looking something super simple?

thanks,

stonnie
