vibration

i have a vibration that feel like you are running over the rumble strip on the edge of the highway.... not a violent one but a small steady one...

when you accelerate. its pretty rough between 30 and 40 mph but settles down..

i check the right front hub and it seems ok

the drive shaft dont have any play in them.

as I am driving down the highway you can touch the hump and feel the vibration...

the tires are less than 6 months old and were balanced...

does anyone have any thoughts

this is a 94 .... 5.2 with full time 4 wheel drive

Your front double carden driveshaft may need to be rebuilt.

i have looked at it , and it seems to be tight.... but that doesnt mean that its not bad...

is this double carden thing a do it yourself....

or does it need to be taken to a driveshaft shop

I took mine to a driveline place and it was under 150.

Could be a problem in the t-case or maybe the tires just need an alignment
