I cant wiggle the injectors while it is running because it wont run. The only way to keep the engine going is to keep my foot on the gas pedal. It goes fine through all the rpms but once i take my foot of it just dies . If I rev it for 2-3 minutes it will idle correctly again, but I don't want to be doing that every morning.

Sounds like it isn't getting enough fuel. Do you know when the fuel pump/filter was changed last?

I would suggest swapping in a new fuel pump, but that's a pricey place to start

If it clears up somewhat after you hold the throttle, it seems like it's just not getting enough fuel at idle.

Maybe a dumb suggestion but you could try seafoam in your engine through the throttle body and see if that helps the idle problem.
