Used Long Arm Kit?

I'm considering buying a used BDS long arm kit for my ZJ. I plan on replacing the bushings. I'm hoping to go see it this coming week.

How do long arm kits hold up to wear and tear? Anything I should look for or any reasons not to buy a used long arm kit? I could get a really good deal on it.

Thanks,

Derek

I would have no qualms about buying used long arms provided the joints/bushings are replaceable.

Ive bought sold long arm kits id say just check for no major hits to much scratching on them could mean it was a trail rig and got a good beating i wouldn't go for em if they look good no big hits just replace bushing grease em up and you should be ok

Thanks for the help, guys. Sounds like as long as they don't look beat on and have replaceable bushings I should be good to go. Hopefully it works out!

yeah my used IRO front half needed bushings, I plan on doing them this year with the rebuild kits. Otherwise, no complaints, been pretty much trouble free.
