Up, up, up. Going to 5" soon, few Q's

So, I want to be at 5" and 33's by summer.

I already have installed now:
-Rear lower adjustable control arms
-Front lower fixed arms
-JKS quick disco's
-3.5" RE springs front and rear
-1.25" spacers in the front
-RE front adjustable trackbar
-RE rear trackbar relocation bracket

This is what I think I will need:
-1.5" spacers for the rear
-New shocks for 5.5" of lift
-Upper front and rear adjustable control arms
-33" Toyo MT's

Anything I'm missing? I should be fine running the D30/35 with all U-joints so long as I don't beat it.

i would get a rear bar as rat suggested but you should also budget for a new front double cardan driveshaft if you have the rezeppa one currently.

Why the toyo MT's? There are plenty of tires that are way better for a cheaper price.

Every tire. Toyo's don't grip well at all.

Again , a rear track bar . No adjustability means you'd have to luck out for the axles to line up . Running both also helps eliminate bump steer though , I've been experimenting , not the cheapest route and takes a minor mod to the track bar to work .

Extend the rear end links if your running the sway bar , it takes alot of stress off the frame mounts . Confirm the front ones you have are adequate for the lift .

I'll say the same for the upper arms on your list , get the super flex and help reduce the stress on those fragile mounts too . Upper mounts have broken before .

KOR steering brace is another nice add on . It really reduces feedback in the wheel .

Personally , I like the 32's at 5" . No rubbing , no cutting , decent fuel economy and like everything else listed on my list , less stress to the powertrain . At 33 , I would got 10.5 , not 12.5 . No preferences on which brand .

Some do , some don't encounter vibes when going higher . My jeep had a 1 inch trans drop when I got it . I still run it and have zero vibes at high speeds . Not sure what tcase your running , but with the 249 , no driveshaft had to be replaced or altered from stock on mine . Try the drop if you have any issues , homemade is a really cheap fix .

Wife's kickin me off the computer but thats all I got

How much play do you have in your brake lines? You made need more adjustabilty in the the front control arms to correct the pinion angle.
You may need to trim your gas tank skid to make room for the rear track bar relocator.

I run Firestone Destination M/T's and I love them. Mastercraft also makes a tire identical to them, so that may be something to look into.

Want to swap an NP242 or NP231 into your ZJ? Here's how:

I think I'll need a new front trackbar when I do this since I bought the one I have for my 3.5" kit. I'll probably end up with custom control arms, we have a guy in our club that does mad fab. I have u-joint axle shafts already and a DC driveshaft, my brakes will be just about ready to be done when I get around this so I'll upgrade to Stillens then. I'd like to try and get a set of RE monotubes this time around.

I have no issue with flattening the pinch weld and cleaning up the inner fender to keep the tires from rubbing. Just getting the right tires is the major point sine I really want a 33x12.5, I could probably run them at 10PSI on the trail on a 15x8 or 15x7 rim with my Spidertrax spacers.

I figure I'll need new axles when I do this, plus they are a nice indoor project for the winter while I save.

Cherokee HP30 in the front with 4:10 and D44a out of a 96+ ZJ in the rear? I'll need a bracket kit for the HP30 right?
