Well maybe I will car-part.com this.... There are very few jeeps at my u pull it junkyard so that may be the only other option. Thank you all for the tips. And ya so far the lift is going good. Trying to do it right, do it once... We will see how that works out

I want to thank you for this suggestion. Looking on car-part.com under 93 grand Cherokee there is both a cv boot shaft and a u joint shaft option. Around $80 average at yards about an hour away. I'll have to take my cv shaft with me when I go to confirm the length is good, but this is an exciting find as it should be the exact length I need. I will not be to this point for a few months yet, but I'll update when I find out

the lengths will be different between cv and u-joint shafts. the cv yoke is longer than the u-joint pinion yoke.

'97 zj 5.2, some stuff, some other suff, and some things that even work sometimes.

yes but i already swapped the yoke. wont the shaft in the 93 be longer than my cv shaft since it has a 46rh just like mine but the u joint yoke at the differential(since the difference in yokes is an inch)?
