Turn signal, parking and third brake light

I have a 1995 grand cherokee orvis and a bunch of my bulbs are out. For the longest time the VIC was telling me that I had rear lamp failure but all my brake lights seemed to be working. Looking at the 3rd brake light and I realized that it's actually 4 little bulbs instead of one. One of them was burned out which was making the VIC go off but I couldn't tell just by having someone press the brakes.

I need replacement bulbs for the 3rd brake light and both the front turn signals and parking lights. Before I tear the lights out I'd like to buy the new bulbs to have on hand. Could anyone help name the three or four bulbs I would need?
I think one of the front parking light bulbs is 1295NA.
The side signal light is 194NA
That leaves the front clear bulb and the rear 3rd brake bulb.
Is there an 1156 that belongs somewhere?
Am I right with the first two? Thanks guys

I just went through this myself last week...
I was told, that the 1295 NA (natural amber) was discontinued and that there was no replacement listed....
After hours of internet research I came across some good info and 3057 NA is your bulb for the front signal lights...
