I'm only gonna be running 5-6lbs of boost. But I'm sure it's capable of alot more. The exhaust outlet is 2.5in, the compressor inlet is 3in and 2in outlet.

Looking forward to seeing how this build turns out, I have plans to do something similar but thats all they are right now it plans.

I would recommend getting some sort of meth injection to help keep the intake temps down if your not going to be using an intercooler. An intercooler wont be very useful anyway while offroading since I'm sure you wont be going fast enough to actually make the intercooler useful.

Well, I have everything I need. All oil lines/fittings, all exhaust flanges and tubing, and I welded the oil return in the oil pan. Hopefully will have all the hot side stuff done this week.

Turbo jeep...cool!

My first thoughts/questions are what about the charge-air cooler, and how to keep the engine cool with so many limitations on room up front? The 4.0L only really has one major drawback, and it's the tendency to run a little hot.

Not everything is done. Didn't get a chance to hook the down pipe up to the exhaust, so its open exhaust right now. It sound awesome tho. Haha. Not bad for 4 hrs of work.

you should make kits and sell them ...this should work in a WJ too right?
