Tune up kit for my 97 4.0

My 97 4.0 has about 135k miles now and sometimes has a hard time idling on a cold start. I have never changed the wires, cap or spark plugs before (since my ownership) and so I was wondering if anyone can direct me to a comprehensive tune-up kit that I can take to my trusty mechanic to just freshen the car up?

It looks like as far as what I'm reading the Champion Copper plugs are the way to go as far as for the spark plugs.

Thanks!

While not a kit below are the tune-up parts I've used on my 96 4.0 which should be the same as your 97.

We just had a discussion here on the Champion vs NGK copper plugs. The quality control on the Champion plugs doesn't seem like it used to be. This isn't surprising since most part brands owned by Federal-Mogul all seem to be going downhill some. On the other hand it seems like a lot better quality on the NGK plugs.

While I've used the Champion copper plugs for 20 years since I bought my 96 new I bought the below NGK 7252 copper plugs from Rockauto at $1.40 each plus shipping.

Have yet to install them but expect they're a little better than the Champions. Good luck.

PS/edit: I found the below photo by Josh pointing out how the outside electrode on the Champion plugs seems to be bent poorly.

Just thought I'd provide an update. I ended up buying Kolak's upgrade kit and while it does contain some pretty premium/premium priced items for a basic otherwise-stock daily ZJ, I have no regrets and my car runs great with the kit. I'm trying to keep my Jeep running and I want it last and run reliability so I'm very happy so far.

Thanks Kolak!
