I put the original NGK V-grove plugs in (the factory service manual says .040 for the 2004 4.0L, but the sticker under the hood .035.... so I did the .040).

I've been having the EXACT same problem. I was about to say except for the stalling, but I actually did stall while moving at an idle the other morning. The pulsing rough idle I've been experiencing for a while, though. I dumped a quarter tank of 89 octane in there earlier tonight, and so far, it seems to be running perfectly smooth. I'm not suggesting this as a solution per say, but maybe this could help us both narrow down what the problem is? Granted I haven't replaced my TPS or IAC, but I have fresh plugs, fuel filter, clean TB/IAC, and I've run lucas in the tank and mopar CCC. The lucas seemed to help slightly and briefly, nothing else seemed to make any difference at all, except for using the higher octane.
