Transmission Control Module ?

I have a question on the transmission control module on a 1994 Jeep GC 6 cylinder 42re trans. When I cycle the key on and off 3 times the trans does not give off any codes or the 55 code for end of transmission? Do I have a problem with the connection between the transmission and TCM? Should it always give the final code of 55 the engine always does on the dash but nothing on the Overdrive light? I've checked all fuses already. Trans seens to stall to 1500 rpm when i flash the converter when on the brakes. Just had tranny rebuilt also and didnt want to destroy it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VOKGxpEl2cU

I figured it out I was cycling the key on - off 3 times and them back on for the 4th. Got 3 codes then i pulled fuse under hood to clear now all I get is 15 flashes then pause and continues 15 flashes .......... over and over again? What is this ? Is this in limp mode or something?

Your sentences are bad and thus hard to interpret what your saying... no offense just saying.

Not sure what you just said about the fuse? You pulled the fuses inorder to attempt to clear the TCM?

Are you sure your reading the codes correctly, is it actually 15 over and over? Does it ever output code 55?

I'm not sure what you said in your first post about the trans stalling at 1500rpm when you "flash the converter when on the brakes."

No I never get code 55. OD light flashes 15 times, continuous and repeats and again and again until I turn the vehicle off. What I mean by flash the converter is some what a drag race term. I step on the brake pedal and hit the gas pedal to see what tach will go to before the torque converter starts to pull the vehicle. I was wondering if the converter should be pulling at a lower rpm than that? I was also wondering if a wire could be open in wiring harness that why I would not get code 55 or if I have a bad TCM?
