Transfer case,rear seal Repair ?????

So now!! I see My transfer case is leaking at the rear where the rear driveshaft goes in. It is a 231.
Do I remove the rear extension part #38 two replace the seal, or just take out drive shaft and pop seal out,and do I need to replace the bushing #39 also ,or not?? Is this the only seal #40. I need to replace to fix this leak??

Can you just buy the new tail cone assembly already with new parts in it?

Thanks Tally
I found the Transfer Case Housing Extension w bushing w/o seal, on line for ,34 and 44 dollars
Any suggestions on best place to buy ?
If the bushing is bad it just might be causing the vibration, I have been trying to track down ,What Do you all think ?

I would want a new bushing. If the bushing is worn out that can lead to seal failure.

Had to put in very very close to a whole quart of atf in transfer case,to fill it up .
I don't know when it was last checked,I just got Jeep Dec 3rd
Vibration hard to explain, but going say 50 slap in neutral it doesn't change,or any speed ,but is a little more vibration at higher speed
I is all the time ,but not constant,it's like a light vibration, vooba, vooba, vooba
Cant tell where it's coming from, does it going straight or turning
It does feel like a U joint and it could be,but I checked u joints (except at front wheels which I only looked at), no movement in joints, nor did I see any thing wrong.
So!! any one, whats the best way to check u joints
