Transfer case

So I have a 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee quadratrac with a 4.0 and I took the front driveshaft out because the front differential basically blew up and now as expected the transfer case went. So I was wondering, because I wanted to switch transfer cases anyways to one without the viscous coupler, which I believe is the np231. I wanted to know if that would bolt right up to my transmission or not? And anything other ideas anyone had to add. Thank you!
