Hello,I have a 1997 gran cherokee and the code 1753 come and goes are they hard to change.Has anyone had this problem.Thanks

I get a number of false trans codes in the 1760's range, especially when I splash really hard in a large puddle. When the truck is dry, I clear the code using an OBD-II reader, and all is good. I used to replace sensors, but that was a waste of money. I carry a code reader with me wherever I go.
