trailer hitch install

picked up a trailer hitch a local you pull it yard going to be installing it tomorrow but just have a question i know it bolts onto the same bolts as the gas tank skid just was wondering if there was a proper order they should be installed in trailer hitch on top and skid below or skid on top then trailer hitch on bottom?

also what are the torque specs for the six bolts that hold the hitch onto the frame

I will play. skid goes under receiver. Unless you want your skid two + inches below the bottom of the tank .... I am pretty sure it is not possible to put the receiver then the skid. I just did the opposite. I had a receiver and I just picked up a skid at the JU.
