Is this TPS mopar indeed?

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Dodge-MOPAR-...115051&vxp=mtr

I'm about to order one because sometimes at red lights my jeep will idle up and down. I know its the TPS because i am on my 3rd advanced auto one. lol

it says mopar but how do i know its not just some offbrand>?

Avoid that one, it looks like very cheaply made Chinese junk. You can see the glue around connector, they didn't bother cleaning up the molding very well, as evident by all the flaky pieces of plastic. I have a Mopar TPS for my 95 and it looks a lot beefier than that one.

Edit: Also noticed it says "Part Brand: Wells"

If you read the parts description below the picture it says part brand"wells", a cheap product line. Most mopar stuff on ebay is sold by mopar dealers and will give mopar part numbers. There is a brand called OEM that uses mopar numbers as a deception. Individuals selling a new mopar part that they have usually show a picture of the box or shipping bag that has original mopar markings and part numbers on them. Hope this helps.

That wouldn't surprise me HighLonesome, the jeep is a hodgepodge of parts made by alot of different makers around the freaking globe..but holley wasn't a bad one for them to choose.
