Torque Converter Clutch Solenoid Location

I have a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited.

CEL came on and scanner came up with a P0740

Any one know where the Torque Converter Clutch Solenoid is located?

Is it on the outside of the Tranny or the inside?

Someone told me it was connected to the Inside Valve Body.

Is this True?

Help!

Any pictures of the solenoid will help too.
